Every choice leaves a mark

The American West, 1870s.
A land of promise and peril, where the line between law and outlaw is as thin as the dust hanging in the air. In Dust in the Wind, you step into the boots of ragged drifters — people without roots — seeking honor, fame or infamy, or simply enough gold to survive, all while staying one step ahead of a powerful and vengeful enemy.

As you travel across sunbaked deserts and dusty towns, you’ll encounter corrupt and honest lawmen, desperate farmers, ruthless gunfighters, and a cast of strange, dangerous, and unpredictable characters. Bounties, stagecoach raids, pursuits, escapes, and hidden treasures are all part of daily life in a world that offers no guarantees.

The game constantly confronts you with difficult, morally ambiguous choices. Will you hunt down outlaws — or become one yourself? Will you defend the vulnerable, steal from the shadows, or walk a dangerous line between both? Every decision carries consequences, capable of forging legends… or scattering you like dust across the endless plains.

Description

Dust in the Wind is a cooperative narrative-driven adventure game for 1–4 players, with playtime ranging from 90 minutes to extended multi-session campaigns lasting many hours. Players explore an open-world depiction of the American frontier, completing objectives, responding to narrative events, and confronting an ever-growing threat from a central antagonist.

Gameplay blends map exploration, character interactions, resource management, and cooperative combat. Conflicts take the form of fast-paced gunfights and tense duels, where teamwork, preparation, and exploiting enemy weaknesses are essential for survival.

A branching narrative system ensures that the world reacts to player decisions. Reputation shifts, story paths open and close, and the ending evolves based on the choices made along the way. Dust in the Wind presents the Wild West unfiltered — harsh, unforgiving, yet rich with opportunity for those bold enough to claim it.
