Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to find a better way to handle shipping to the United States. It hasn’t been simple, the logistics, customs, and changing trade rules between the US, China, and other countries all play a big part in how your games get to you.
After a lot of analysis and coordination, we’ve found the right approach. We’ll be sending a full container of games directly to our US logistics hub, covering customs and all related costs ourselves. From there, fulfillment will continue locally, faster and with no surprise fees for you.
The shipment is on schedule to reach the US early next year, and deliveries to orderers will begin around the end of February.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Every step we take aims to make your experience better and ensure your games arrive safely and smoothly.
